When you open the template, you'll see a general overview of your workspace and some sample cards with sample content to show you how the template works. Click on "Team View" to see all the files organized by their owners, and check out "Status View" to see the files organized by their status. Move cards over on the Kanban board as the statuses change. For curated views for files shared with externals vs internals, check out the "File type" view. If you want to share files with externals, simply create a card with the "Sharing type" property set at "external," then share the view with their email address or create a shareable link.
