Integrating Google Drive is a easy and secure. Drive gives Collato access to Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Shared With Me files.

You’re in control of the information you choose to connect:

Sync everything automatically: All compatible files will be added to your Collato workspace.

Select specific files and documents: Only selected files and folders will be added to Collato.

We need a few permissions.

Name and Email: We receive the name and email that is associated with your account.

File Access and Import: We request access to read and import your files. This is necessary to bring you secure and relevant responses to your work-related questions.

Collato won’t delete or edit files in your Google Drive.

Our AI is not trained on your data.

Other AI-based platforms use your data and prompts to train and store information. Collato does not. Your information is never used to train our model, and all data stays yours. What does this mean for you? It means your confidential documents remain just that—confidential. No other Collato users can see or use your information.

Your data is protected by military-grade encryption, with all data sent to or from Collato secured using TLS and encrypted with AES-256.

Hosted in Germany

All data is encrypted in Frankfurt am Main and is stored in secure and surveillanced AWS facilities. All data is hosted in data centers that are SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and HITRUST compliant.
