​​To create a new card type, you can refer to the Details tab on the right panel, click on “None” to view the drop-down menu, and click “+ Add new.”

Here, you can name your first card type. Afterward, you can either search and add existing properties in the workspace or create new properties that are relevant to your card type.

Any newly created properties will “exist” in the workspace, and thus, you can also assign them for other card types too if you’d like (or not).

In addition to assigning properties to your card type, you can also choose to enable or disable goal tracking for your card type. Note: You MUST have a card type in order to enable goal configuration.

Important to know:

• Any property or goal changes made to a card with a specific card type affect all other cards with the same type in that workspace. This also applies to any changes to the card type name.
